Bottle Cages

For most riders we recommend the humble plastic bottle cage as it's about the strongest choice as well as cheap. For frames with limited space, one of the alloy cages can be a better choice, needing less room to get the bottle in and out. We also stock a range of stainless steel hose clamps that can be used to attach the plastic bottle cage just about anywhere.

Cheap, strong bottle cage. Suitable for attachment to frame mounts in the usual way, or can also be attached using hose clamps.

We include a couple of large diameter stainless steel washers with these cages to make it harder to over tighten the bidon screws.

Aluminium bottle cage with plastic frame mounts. This traditional bottle cage design requires less space to remove the bottle than do the plastic bottle cages, and so we recommend these for use in frames with limited space available for the bottle & cage.
The weak point in most aluminium bottle cages is the weld between the cage wire and the plate that attaches the cage to the frame. This cage however uses nylon pieces to do this job, thereby doing away with the most likely failure point. Weight: 55g.
