700c Rims (Road & 29er)

Gone are the old days when any good bike shop had a range of rims in stock, and good hubs, with which to make quality hand built wheels. Yes, we'll happily do a top job on a custom set of wheels, but we'd need to order some of the parts in first. We enjoy using Velocity rims; they're of excellent quality, are reasonably priced and are Australian made. We've included just a couple of rims in this website that we usually have in stock.

The Aerohead O/C has all the same characteristics as the standard Aerohead but is offset in design. This creates a more uniform spoke tension between the drive and non-drive side of the wheel resulting in greater strength and reliability. Match it with a standard Aerohead rim in the front ahd you have the perfect wheelset.
