The simple, reliable, easy to use and light weight Trangia stove has just been improved, with a new hard-anodising treatment for the pans, giving lighter weight than the previous aluminium versions, and a harder-to-scratch surface than the previous stainless-steel lined versions. The Trangia uses methylated spirits for fuel.

The multi disc fits under the frypan when packing the stove and serves several functions: colander, cutting board, and base for the stove on soft surfaces such as snow.
