Anodized alloy ends. Steel threaded section. Supplied with a pair of dome nuts to cover the ends, as well as nylock nuts for adjusting. These adjusters have a nifty frame-end that has 8mm of side-to-side float and will accommodate frame tips up to 9mm thick.
