Press Fit Bottom Brackets

The new way in bottom brackets. The previous best idea was the external bottom bracket cup that allowed for wide-spaced and large bearings to be used. The change with the BB30 system is that basically the bearings stay about where they were but the frame comes out to cover them. They've gotten bigger also, requiring a 30mm diameter bottom bracket axle. The BB30 bearings press-fit directly into the frame for a simpler, more rigid and lighter system.
